A second handloom denim was woven for winter in a heavier construction. It is yarn dyed naturally using myrobalan, iron and jaggery.

At close to 300gsm, the weave is denser and the fabric is structured. It is slightly stiff in hand initially and softens quickly with wear, unlike conventional denim.
