Refund and Exchange Policy

If your garment does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a full refund on the product within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds

Return shipping to India, including customs, is the customer's responsibility. If we arrange it on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges, approximately 40 to 50 EUR per garment, are non refundable.

Exchanges and alterations

We will gladly assist in making sure the garment meets your expectations. For exchanges and alterations, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
