Refund policy

If your garment does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a full refund on the product within 10 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges (approximately 40 USD / 30 EUR per garment) are non-refundable.

For exchanges or alterations, we will gladly assist in ensuring the garment meets your expectations. In such cases, customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item, which together typically amount to approximately 65 USD / 60 EUR.
