Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should generate a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Some products may not be available for exchange. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible before purchasing.

The Towards Website Team must receive and approve your exchange request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a pick-up at an agreed-upon time.

Once your exchange has been authorized, we’d be happy to process the delivery for the product you chose to exchange the older one with. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit if the items exchanged do not match in value which will reflect in your Outbreak Lab account within 48 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the difference back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

International shipments

We are based in Delhi NCR and any shipments outside India would not be entertained for returns unless a unique case arises. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. The cost of reverse shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. However, as our customer base is growing internationally we are working on returns and exchanges and soon will come up with a policy for the same.
